nebraska eviction laws
I am a big fan of Nebraska’s eviction laws. This article gives you all the details and a nice history of what the state’s eviction law is and why it is important.
The article also has some great recommendations as to where to stay while you’re trying to evict a bunch of folks you don’t much care about. The article mentions The Alamo Inn in Kansas City as a place to stay while you’re trying to get rid of a bunch of folks you don’t much care about.

I know it’s a bit far for me to stay there, but really, I feel it’s a great place to stay. It’s a nice, comfortable hotel, with nice restaurants, and a pool. It’s pretty cheap, too.

Yes, Nebraska. That’s the place I have a friend and I want to go to, if I have to go there. But other than that I don’t really have much to do in Nebraska. So I guess my only real suggestion is stay at the Alamo Inn.
So if you’re not staying in Nebraska, then I suggest trying to get the fuck out of it. I know this sounds really stupid, but just think about it for a sec.
I know, I know, there are a lot of things that could be better there, but it’s just not that great. Theres probably not much to do there really. I know I can still find something to do, but I really doubt that I’ll be able to do much to make the place better. And once the rental season is over, I think that’s when I’m going to need to move. So there’s not much else I can say.
Actually, if you think about it, there’s a very good chance that the landlord will never get their shit together to make it livable. If you’re lucky enough to get evicted during a rent reduction, your landlord’s gonna be pissed. And if you’re not lucky enough to get evicted during a rent increase, guess who’s gonna be getting evicted? Yours. That’s why landlords typically put the shit on the line to get their tenants out.
I love these laws. And I love when they go to extreme lengths to prevent evictions. The reason for this is that landlords are incentivized to push out landlords. To get people evicted, they’ll often go to the extreme of hiring lawyers and the like to stop people from having a decent life. If you’re a landlord, you are probably aware that the chances of evictions are much higher if you try to get people evicted.
The reason the laws are so high is because evictions are a way to make money. In the US, evictions are the second most common way a landlord makes money, behind only paying rent. I think it is because landlords like it that people are evicted. It is a very good thing to not have to pay rent, but the government is going to make it very hard if you try to evict someone.
