credit score dropped 100 points after buying a car
A friend of mine was recently told by a financial advisor that he needed to buy a car, and the reason was the credit score on his credit card had dropped 100 points. He was stunned. I mean, really? A 100 point drop? I know it can be a little scary to think about, especially if you don’t have any other major credit card debt, but if I had to guess, I would say this is mostly due to recent changes in banking laws.
