I have one that is a number between 0 and 100, it is a scale for evaluating the health of your brain. This is a lot of information for me to absorb, but I’ve found that I tend to concentrate more on the fico score of my thoughts, then the fico score of my emotions. I like to know where I stand, I like to see how my brain is working, then I like to see how it is working at the moment.
